Job Description
As a key member of our semiconductor operations team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair on critical semiconductor equipment. Working closely with Equipment Engineers and the Area Manager, you will identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure seamless production support.
In this role, you will actively participate in area shift pass-down activities and prioritize your work based on production requirements to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Shift Schedule: N2 shift - Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, from 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
This Job Is For You If
- You have proven expertise in performing preventative maintenance tasks and rebuilding assemblies
- You can assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems
- You can perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment
- You can participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems, working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams
- You can interface with vendors, Senior Technicians, and Engineers to support resolving equipment-specific issues
- You can follow maintenance and safety procedures
- You can recommend equipment improvements and interface with engineering as required
- You can participate in and lead/direct ERT/Safety events during the absence of supervision
- You can ensure all required parts are on order and follow up as required to minimize equipment downtime
You can display proper judgment in resolving problems, carrying out assignments, and making recommendations
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics or equivalent
- 3+ years of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Experience working with any of the following tools: Canon i-Line Steppers, i4, i5, iz, Canon Scanners, ES3, ES4, TEL Track, ACT8, TEL Track, Lithius, SCREEN / DNS Track, 80B, Hitachi CDSEM 9200.
