Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic MarCom professional to lead and execute marketing communications initiatives across our global organization. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across content, digital, PR, and events, ensuring consistent brand positioning and impactful engagement.

•    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
•    Content creation for marketing collateral, website, and social media channels.
•    Develop and write press releases including translation into Hebrew (HB).
•    Work with media - coordination, logistics and content management.
•    Plan and execute content across multiple media channels to ensure consistent messaging and reach.
•    Ensure consistent brand messaging, language, and visual identity across all company sites and offices.
•    Organize and manage events such as industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to support business and marketing objectives.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, sales, IR, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
•    Manage and optimize the company’s digital assets and social media activities
•    Support the company’s internal communication activities.
•    Administrative management of MarCom activities inc. monitoring and managing MarCom budgets and expenditures.
•    Manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (e.g., agencies, designers, and vendors). 
•    Support the day-to-day operations of MarCom activities in alignment with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR and/or Marketing Communications role within a global, matrixed organization
•    Proven experience in social media management and strategic brand positioning
•    Strong content development capabilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital marketing tools to support MarCom activities
•    Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., content generation, analytics, and automation tools) to enhance marketing and communication activities
•    Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new tools and continuously expand professional skill sets
•    Strong stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities
•    Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams**, with strong resourcefulness and initiative in problem-solving
•    Fluent in English and Hebrew, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment and under pressure
•    Experience in technical writing - an advantage
