Job Description

• The Bookkeeper role position is responsible for AP invoice verification and invoices recording to SAP before payment.

• communication with suppliers' and periodic reconciliations performing.

• Supporting accounting department task.

• Interacts with initiators, store workers and purchasing teams in-house and in other company’s sites.

• Deliver value-added service.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Certificate bookkeeper – grade 3

• Microsoft Office tools including Excel

• English proficiency

• Experience with SAP

• Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external parties
