Job Description

We are looking for an SAP Technical Analyst to join our Corporate SAP team in a challenging and impactful role.

The position involves managing technical and operational activities across our SAP S/4HANA on RISE landscape. Key responsibilities include providing first-level support for the MM, SD, and FI modules; monitoring and resolving system and integration issues; supporting SAP BTP applications and services; leading system and integration testing; and performing post-production validation.

The role also includes participating in strategic corporate projects and system upgrades while collaborating closely with business analysts, ABAP developers, Basis administrators, authorization specialists, key business users, external vendors, and other IT teams.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Academic degree in industrial engineering or management/ information systems engineering / Software Development

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good service-oriented approach

• Fluency in English (Spoken, Reading & Writing)

• Ready to work and support users in the US/Japan/Europe

• At least 2 years of SAP experience in Training, QA.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, develop comprehensive test scenarios, execute thorough testing, and clearly document and communicate test results.
