Job Description

The Director, Supply Chain is a strategic and operational leader responsible for end-to-end supply chain performance for the Tower Semiconductor MH site. This role partners closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, and global sourcing teams to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, inventory optimization, and supplier excellence in a highly complex, capital-intensive manufacturing environment.

This leader will establish and govern site-level supply chain strategy, procurement policies, inventory and materials management, supplier partnerships, and compliance frameworks to support production continuity, achieve margin objectives, and deliver long-term growth.

Strategic Leadership

• Lead end-to-end site supply chain strategy aligned with global objectives.

• Ensure policy compliance and provide executive insights on cost, risk, and continuity.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Oversee sourcing of materials, spares and services.

• Drive cost reduction and lead key supplier negotiations.

Inventory & Materials

• Define inventory strategy to balance service levels and working capital.

• Ensure accurate tracking and efficient material flow.

Supplier & Risk Management

• Manage strategic suppliers and performance (quality, cost, delivery).

• Mitigate risks to ensure supply continuity.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner across operations, engineering, and finance to drive performance.

People & Execution

• Lead and develop teams with clear KPIs.

• Ensure rapid response to shortages and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred -must

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industry -must

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and leading complex, cross-functional organizations -must

• Significant experience in supply chain operations and commercial negotiations, including material planning, purchasing, domestic and international logistics, and project management. -must

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels and drive results that directly impact profitability and operational performance. -must

• Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost reductions, supply assurance, and inventory optimization in a high-volume or high-mix manufacturing environment. -must
