Job Description

Our HRIS & Technologies team is looking for a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team of analysts and developers.
This role includes working closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, design and implement business processes, and produce functional and design documentation.
The position involves leveraging BI platforms, HCM systems, integrations, SQL, ETL processes, modern AI tools and technologies to deliver data-driven solutions and insights.
The role also includes ongoing support and maintenance of business systems, with collaboration across our global teams in the US, Japan, and Europe.

Job Requirements

•    Must have
o    Academic degree in industrial engineering/ information systems engineering / computer science
o    At least 2 years experience of working with business users to collect requirements, understand and analyze business processes, and transform them to functional IT systems.
o    Ability to perform requirements analysis and write design and functional documentation.
o    SuccessFactors similar HCM admin experience
o    Integrations knowledge and experience (API, middleware)
o    Experience in writing SQL queries (PL-SQL, T-SQL, …)
o    Knowledge of ETL concept (to extract, transform and load data between different systems)
•    Advantage
o    Experience in software development languages like JavaScript, C#, HTML 
o    Knowledge in AWS Services or other Cloud services platform
o    Experience implementing ServiceNow
o    Knowledge in BI platforms e.g. Tableau/ QlikView/ PowerBI and experience with data visualizations or dashboard designs
o    Familiarity with data quality frameworks
