Job Description

•    Operational Excellence IE is taking part in leading the company global IE activities.
•    Operational Excellence IE is working closely with Global IE directors’ forum to drive manufacturing to excellence, efficiency and effectiveness through best known methods and systems.
•    Identifies bottlenecks in every Fab and drive OEE improvements, to improve productivity, cycle time and on-time delivery to customers.
•    Initiates, Manages & leads IE projects – for both local & global goals and for achieving all Fabs’ KPIs. 
•    Establishing standardized methodologies & analytical models in planning, KPI and WIP management areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

•    Manage and lead cross functional global projects, from planning through implementation, for OEE improvement, budget control and savings, improved WIP management, improved ergonomic and better operator efficiency, capex management, etc.
•    Set Global procedures for better operational management and monitor the compliance
•    Lead corporate capacity management program
•    Drive manufacturing excellence through benchmark study

Job Requirements

•    B.Sc. Industrial Engineering/Chemical engineering/ Material Engineering. Master's degree preferred
•    Industrial engineering experience: Extensive experience in Semiconductor’s environment
•    Wide experience in manufacturing and operations management techniques required  
•    Ability to communicate with external and internal multi-cultural stakeholders
•    High analytical skills and data driven
•    Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
•    Ability to attend to details while keeping big picture in mind
•    Experience in optimization, tool modeling and performance metrics preferred
