Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our AI team within the Operation Excellence Department and take a leading role in shaping data-driven initiatives across the organization. This position is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence - ideal for someone who can independently guide complex AI/ML projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
You will analyze complex and diverse semiconductor-related datasets, develop predictive and statistical models, and deliver actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making. The role emphasizes applying advanced ML techniques to extract deep insights, build scalable models, and drive impact in innovative and cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities
•    Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from problem definition to production deployment.
•    Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including manufacturing, testing, and engineering systems.
•    Develop advanced algorithms and models across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
•    Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including planning, model development, training, validation, and performance monitoring in production environments.
•    Conduct in-depth statistical analyses and transform findings into clear, actionable business insights.
•    Collaborate closely with semiconductor domain experts, software development team and business stake holder to ensure successful implementation and adoption of models.
•    Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
•    Master’s degree in a relevant field — advantage.
•    5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist (experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments — strong advantage).
•    Proven experience developing and implementing ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-based algorithms.
•    Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with relational databases.
•    Deep understanding of development processes and best practices in the LLM domain.
•    Experience building and deploying Deep Learning models using PyTorch — advantage.
•    Experience developing Multi-Agent Systems — advantage.
•    Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to lead complex technical programs while operating as an individual contributor.
