Job Description

The MSPM group develop cutting-edge BCD technologies, working in partnership with several manufacturing sites and a diverse range of customers

Primary Responsibilities: 
As a lab engineer, your primary focus will be to work alongside device engineers to electrically characterize the various semiconductor devices developed by the group. In addition to providing high-quality measurements, you will share responsibility for the measurement equipment in the device lab, including both automatic and manual probe stations (equipped with semiconductor parameter analyzers), as well as some specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Support wafer-level & packed level device characterization. 
- Work with the device & process engineers on new technologies.
- Operate and maintain electrical test equipment and software
- Develop new test systems for advanced device characterization.
 

This Job Is For You If

Exposure to new and challenging developments that require a wide skill set, involving many aspects of chip fabrication and design. 
Work closely with different Fab teams, including TPSCo and other Tower-semi sites, and gain exposure to worldwide customers.

Job Requirements

- Degree in electrical engineering
- Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and characterization of CMOS & Power technologies
- Industry background with over three years of experience working with lab equipment such as parameter analyzers, power supplies, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, etc..
- Programming skills in LabView and Python (advantage).
- Effective communication skills in Hebrew and English.
