Job Description
Primary overall responsibility for customer setup and customer maintenance. Provide primary support to the customer operations manager and sales as defined. Primary functions will include order entry, creating and implementing quotes, reports as needed, new customer set up from start to end, forecast entry and analysis when applicable and suggest corrective actions, work with customers and sales account owners to ensure defined starts plan is accomplished.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (may include some of the following):
- Support customer contract administration.
- Team up with the customer operations manager and sales to validate PO pricing (when pricing is documented in quotes), dates and special requests.
- Facilitate timely order entry, acknowledgments.
- Enter all sales orders and communicate order acknowledgements in a predetermined set time not to exceed 72 hours.
- Price list update.
- Credit block resolution.
- Booking gap follow up with North America Sales when needed.
- RMA Creation.
- Identify and support system improvement projects within the area. Work with BU and sales to create and maintain quotations.

Use professional concepts to solve semi-complex problems requiring creative solutions and an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Accountability/Discretion
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. Able to prioritize workload with guidelines provided.
Working Relationships:
Interface regularly with customer operations manager, sales and corporate planning.
Supervision:
No direct reports.
Working Conditions:
Work in standard office environment in San Antonio. Travel periodically to Newport Beach location or customer locations. This position is exempt so it is expected that customer gets responses in a timely fashion. Tower Semiconductor is a global company therefore may require meetings during non-standard business hours.

Job Requirements
- One or more years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment with understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow and supply chain logistics of the semiconductor industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP and Office applications (primarily Excel) is essential but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. AA degree a must.
- Must be a US person.
Compensation: $66,560 - $75,000
