Job Description:
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be part of our global recruitment and local HR team in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and will work alongside Towers key stakeholders. You will take part in all recruiting activities, including coordinating activities to support and identify top talents, pitch our company and vision, build and shape great teams, and use innovative recruiting methods to improve the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talents through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks)
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for roles in the semiconductor industry including union and non-union reqs.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders in the semiconductor industry
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in the semiconductor industry
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Job Requirements:
- BA in Psychology/ Sociology/ Human Resources – Advantage
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM) preferably Success Factors
- Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationship with candidates and internal partners (HR, Managers etc)
** Must be willing to work on-site from our Newport Beach, CA office **
Compensation Range:
$66,500 - $75,000
