Job Description
Develop and sustain strategic capacity models, support million of dollars’ worth expansion programs, analyze changes for various Fab loading scenarios, identify bottlenecks and apply problem solving methodology to eliminate such to improve productivity, cycle time and on-time delivery to customers. Balance supply and demand in a manner that achieves the financial and service objectives.
Develop and sustain material cost models, manage material’s budget, analyze gaps and initiate teams to gaps mitigation.
• Ensure capacities are clearly identified through thorough investigation and application of engineering planning models and tools.
• Identify applicable operational metrics to accurately highlight concerns related to performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Identify and initiate projects to ensure the continues improvement achieved through completion of identified action plans.
• Generate various reports, comparisons, and analysis to support management team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and lead cross functional projects, from planning through implementation.

Job Requirements
• B.S Industrial Engineering degree required. Master's degree- advantage.
• 5 years’ minimum experience in manufacturing and operations industry.
• Ability to attend to details while keeping big picture in mind
• High analytical skills and data driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Science (scheduling/dispatching, Lean, capacity planning, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in using business systems (SAP, ERP, CRM)
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in optimization, tool modeling and performance metrics preferred
• Previous experience in Semiconductor environment is preferred
• English proficiency, written and spoken, is a must
