Job Description
Responsible for the HR systems in a Global company. The role includes analyze, design and implementing business processes in the HR area. Working with business users, requirement analysis, writing design and functional documentation, and implementing HR solutions in the SAP SuccessFactors system. Part of the role is ongoing user support and maintenance.
Involvement in full HR BI System life cycle. Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, ETL and implementing business data modules, reports & dashboards.
Ensures stabilization of implementations and continuous improvements & enhancements.

Job Requirements
• Must have
o Academic degree in industrial engineering or management/ information systems engineering
o Experience, at least 2 years of business process analysis and transfer to IT system design.
o Knowledge of SQL, ability to design data pipelines (ETL processes)
o Effective problem-solving skills
o Ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries
o Ability to perform requirements analysis and write design and functional documentation.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills, good service-oriented approach
o Fluency in English (Spoken, Reading & Writing)
o Ready to work and support users in the US/Japan/Europe
o Team Player

o Knowledge in SAP HR module / SuccessFactors
o Knowledge in AWS Services, Matillion, EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda
o Modeling & Building Tableau dashboards
o Experience with data visualizations or dashboard designs
