Job Description
Site Location: Rio Rancho, NM
The R&D department develops leading edge Power Management & Analog technologies. The field of integrated power management is seeing rapid growth in recent years, driven mostly by the proliferation of mobile systems such as smartphones and Laptop computers and by the electrification of cars.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking part in the development and transfer of advanced technologies for mixed signal and Power Management on 65nm node and beyond.
- Participate in the DOE planning, testing & characterization, device qualification, problem solving and finally supporting ramp to mass production.
- The engineer will design experiments, use simulation tools, and analyze silicon results using statistical methods. A good understanding of device physics and microelectronics processes & SPC is a good starting point.
- It requires interaction with wide range of interfaces inside & outside the organization, good communication skills in English, curiosity, self-learning ability and high degree of independence.

Job Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a leading university
- Good understanding of Device Physics or silicon processing - a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Must
- Flexible options: Full family relocation, or employee only relocation with travel home every other weekend, or frequent weekly business trips to and from.
