Job Description

Primary interface for Tower Semi customer activities centered around customer design, tape out, engineering and prototype lots, production qualification and quality and reliability issues. Primary owner of meeting/exceeding customer satisfaction.


As the key customer advocate, partners with the sales, operations, engineering and quality organizations to insure that all customer requirements:  

1) can be fulfilled, and

2) align with Tower  Semi’s overall business objectives. Manage product life cycle from initial design win through production ramp-down. Support internal metric focused on customer satisfaction.

This job is for you if

  • You can interface directly with customers with the ability to act independently to resolve customer issues and concerns.  
  • Use engineering concepts to solve complex problems requiring creative solutions and an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • You can develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Program manager Engineering CAD, quality, reliability, operations, to meet customer requests.
  • Work closely with COM team for assigned accounts to ensure customer expectations are met and ensure that customer satisfaction is above our targets and drive actions to improve it across the organization
  • You can  serve as the primary business contact for customers and can interface with Sales, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Production Control
  • You are able to work closely with company resources to resolve customer issues. 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Two to three years of increasingly responsible and successful customer account management experience preferred.
  • Must have basic knowledge of semiconductor process flows (including mask layers), Mask Cad and Probe processes enabling manager to discuss inline change requests and masking layer requirements (which mask set to utilize) with customer. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Working knowledge of PROMIS strongly preferred but can be waived in favor of similar experience.. 
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Office, Data Collection and analysis systems
  • Sound knowledge of various quality systems (9001, 14001, TS16949) and industry standards (JEDEC)
  • Project management experience.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or Science fields. Emphasis in Semiconductor manufacturing is preferred. Also, MBA preferred but not necessary
