Job Description

Tower Israel is looking for experienced, energetic and reliable payroll manager who is service oriented professionally respected and a leader in process improvements and data validations for the accurate and efficient processing of payroll. 

•    Mange payroll controllers’ team
•    Manage company's Israeli payroll process for 1700 employees in Hilan system.
•    Overseeing employees’ attendance through various employment types defined in Hilan.
•    Responsibility for Chief Scientist ( Madaan) reporting
•    Providing support for employees in matters concerning salary and attendance.
•    Prepare analytical reports and managerial reports. 
•    Record payroll JEs, prepare relevant payroll accruals.
•    Comply with SOX and internal controls.
•    Work with external and internal auditors.
•    Focal point of outsourced payroll providers for company’s overseas offices.
•    Manage tax aspects of relocation employees including tax returns.
•    Responsible for intercompany charges and cross-departments allocations.
•    Willingness for overtime.

Job Requirements

•    5+ years of work experience in payroll operations with company of 200+ employees- MUST
•    Certified IL Payroll Controller and accounting level 3 
•    CPA, BS. in Finance, Accounting- ADVANTAGE
•    Experience with Hilan, SAP, Microsoft Office - MUST
•    Knowledge of Israeli labor law.
•    Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
•    Team player
•    Good English : read, written and verbal communication skills
