Job Description

•    Design organizational development (OD) and talent development (TD) strategies to drive company’s vision and mission
•    Develop and lead creative OD & TD tools and programs (such as management and leadership development, online learning and other trainings, interface improvements, team building etc.)
•    Facilitate workshops and OD sessions
•    Leveraging local activities into global platforms (by using Best Practices Methodology) and vice versa
•    Create personalized, tailor-made programs for specific needs of teams and managers
•    Be a model of professionalism and an active learner- in the Organization and in HR 
•    Be part of the HR global staff and lead the global TD/OD team to learn and develop, be inspired and engaged

Job Requirements

•    Master’s degree (MA) in organizational development/business/psychology or related field with focus on Human Resources 
•    At least 7 years of experience in a high-tech or similar fast -paced environment, leading global learning & organizational development initiatives
•    Managerial experience 
•    Proven ability in building and developing new learning and development programs and strategies (organizationally and globally)
•    Strong workshop development and facilitation skills, including group facilitation course
•    Holding substantial experience and up to date knowledge of modern learning & development program design, as well as execution and implementation practices
•    Achievement-oriented, innovative, open minded, energetic and dynamic
•    Partnership work style to foster agreements and cooperation with internal customers at all levels of the organization and within the HR team
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, in Hebrew and English
