Job Description

This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the CMP tool sets found in the CMP area. The CMP tool set includes, AMAT Miirra, Mirra Trak/Mirra Mesa, Lam/Ontrak CE S2, Synergy Scrubbers, Strasbaugh 6DS-SP CMP tools, and NOVA 2040 metrology tools.  Area also includes AL BCDS sysgtems for chemicals used in CMP scrubbers tools.

Shift:  N2 (Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 pm - 5:30 am)


This Job Is For You If

You are able to assist, manage the installation, maintenance and repair of semiconductor fabrication equipment in the Implant area.
You can perform routine PMs and Maintenance as required.
You can assist or create/modify procedures and PM specifications as needed to improve tool availability or enhance training of other technicians.
You can order consumable and non-consumable parts for tools as assigned if needed.
You can use SPC to trouble shoot issues or determine the health of tools in the area.
You have excellent time and project management skills.
You have excellent attention to detail and follow up skills.
You can maintain a clean working area during repairs and PMs.
You have medium complexity experience repairing electronic circuits, mechanical components and vacuum equipment.
You can trouble shoot minor and complex tool issues to resolution
You can follow established procedures on routine work - requires detailed instructions on new assignments.  Medium complexity tasks are overseen by a more senior professional


Job Requirements

2 year degree or equivalent is preferred with at least 1year of hands on experience OR a military background in similiar.
Must process excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in MS office products and various OS platforms.
Must understand the concept of consumable and non-consumable parts costs associated with the job and looking for ways to reduce cost without affecting tools or product performance.
Must have an advanced knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.
